Process: This game requires rather more space and a rather more time. Teams of 5-20 players stand in a huddle and are looped together with a waistband of cling-film. Round and round it is looped until the material is several layers thick and the team is well and truly bonded. In this condition they attempt to make their way across the room in as fast a time as they can. This path is re-traced several times as the team attempt to improve its "personal best".

Outcome: This is a hilarious exercise but with real value lessons. As the team repeats the route, the host encourages them to explore the potential of the situation - Is the belt such a burden after all? Over time successful teams can cut their personal best time dramatically. A great stimulus for imaginative thinking.
