Process: Most people love a challenge, but when faced with a series of tasks it's interesting to notice how we approach the list. In this routine, delegates are given a schedule of 10 tasks. Some very simple, some less so. Some require no effort whatsoever, others call for some careful thought and a small measure of confidence. How will the delegates respond?

Outcome: This fun exercise can charge an atmosphere in minutes. Delegates are encouraged to enjoy the process as well as the results. Whether they plough through the list with a passion, or simply pick off the easy items, their approach can be very revealing.
