Juggling

Keeping several balls in the air.

Process: Put simply, delegates are taught to juggle, either singly or in pairs. To assist the process the host will introduce the so-called "DANCE" model where you define your outcome, take action, note the results and revise your approach.

Outcome: Delegates come to understand that success is borne of testing. They are encouraged to disregard any notion of failure. A dropped ball is simply a "good learn".
