The F-Card
Process: Delegates each have an envelope containing a small piece of paper. On the piece of paper is a short explanation of peak performance training. The task is to read the note carefully simply count the number of Fs. This is not as straightforward as it sounds as typically answers range from as few as 4 to as many as 7.
Outcome: There has never been an instance where the whole audience has seen all of the Fs. What is at happening here? It appears that sometimes we look but not see?
