How's fancy's your footwork?

Process: A patch of floor is strewn with mousetraps. The gadgets are set. A willing victim/volunteer comes forward and invited to make their way - barefoot - across the minefield. Easy enough - until the blindfold appears. The real challenge is to trust a colleague to offer directions and help you navigate a safe path.

Outcome: This fun exercise has an obvious twist. If things go wrong, someone is going to end up with sore toes. But it never happens because the delegates always rise to the challenge. A great one for raising the charge in the room.
