Our relationship with Deloitte began as far back as 1998
Our relationship with Deloittes began as far back as 1998 when we were invited to become involved in their cultural change programme. At that time there was growing concern that expansion might cause the group to lose sight of the individuals at the heart of its business. The board members were determined to halt any decline and work to strengthen the corporate culture across the group.
Our solution was a communications programme designed to unify the European team, to reinforce brand values, to strengthen commitment and generate a real passion for success. The programme was designed to empower the executives and allow them to feel ownership of the business they were helping to build.
Their resulting event was held on the 3rd Friday of every month, with up to 1000 Deloitte employees returning home from postings across Europe, to receive the latest information on the company and its clients.
