SI’s ‘Executive Coaching’ solution provides highly focused and personalized one-to-one life coaching that enables senior personnel to address key business and professional challenges, including performance issues, in complete confidence.
SI offers a niche, performer-centred approach. We have successfully developed a significant number of confidential executive life-coaching relationships, delivering true development and continual performance improvement. Our ‘Executive Coaching’ solutions can either be built around specific deliverable events, or we can work with an executive over many years, to provide continuity and clear progression.
Following initial positioning conversations with the participant - and, where appropriate, their sponsor - the coach and participant develop a mentor / mentee relationship. Appointments can then be booked directly through the SI account manager.
